Designer circa. 2000

I still remember the day I discovered I wanted to be a designer. I was sitting in my fourth-grade classroom, listening to someone's mom talk passionately about parking garage wayfinding. Something inside of me exploded with wonder. I decided I would change the world with design.

Today, I'm a designer on the Emerging Technology team at IBM Research.

I'm Amanda, a designer at the intersection of emerging tech & human-centered design.
